How many hours did u study ?

It varied with average of around 8 hours. On somedays it was as low as 3-4 hours and on some other days around 10 hours.

Your tips for success ?

Yes. Almost every day. I used to see the inspiring quotes from the toppers in adr plexus site. It helped me a lot.

In my case ,I took around 4 months to read subjectwise mcq books and devoted around 1 and half to two months for only pgi .This is of course after some bits and pieces reading during ug and internship days.

When did you seriously start preparing for this exam?

I only read the adr plexus class notes. They were more than sufficient.

What was your strategy for the exam day?

I had seen all the toppers’ strategy for pgi at adr site. The summary I derived was to answer all choices about which I was 100% sure and taking chances in around 50-60 choices

What was ur style of answering question. Whether you started from question no 1 and ended with 250 or started from middle of the question paper.

In may,I did the mistake of doing frameshifts about two to three times for about five questions each time.I also missed ‘except’ for about 3-5 questions (that I remember as I discussed those qs with friends after the exam.)In November ,I was determined not to do such silly mistakes. So,I practiced a simple trick of covering the answered question`s choices by using question paper and answered from 1-250.

Many a times. My parents helped me overcome them. Finally, if everything went wrong also, I had mbbs degree.(like any other pg aspirant)to earn livelihood
