Currently serving at MelmaruvathurAdhiparasakthi Institute of Medical Sciences, Tamil Nadu, as Professor and Head in Department of Community Medicine, Dr. Murugan has done his U.G. at Kilpauk Medical College, Chennai, and then P.G. at smt.
