Job Description
Designation: Team Leader – Office Assistant
Department: Operations – Class coordination
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership & Supervision
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of office assistants or coordinators.
- Delegate tasks and monitor performance to ensure productivity and quality standards.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, updates, and improvements.
2. Administrative Support
- Perform high-level administrative tasks such as calendar management, correspondence handling, document maintenance, and filing.
- Support executives with scheduling, travel arrangements, and coordination.
- Ensure that office supplies, systems, and equipment are well-maintained.
3. Workflow & Process Management
- Organize and prioritize workload for the team.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure that procedures are align with company policies and regulations.
4. Communication & Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external administrative communication.
- Liaise between departments to facilitate smooth communication and task follow-ups.
- Manage conflict or issues within the team and escalate when necessary.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to operations.
- Prepare status reports for management on team performance.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
